Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Whenuapai. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Propeller of HMNZS Otago (F111) is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Lancaster Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. An address in Albany should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a recipient at Whenuapai Medical Center, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Colwill School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Whenuapai School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Timatanga Community School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Hobsonville Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Shalom Celebration Centre, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Amberwood Hospital and Rest Home, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
Check whether Maritime New Zealand accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
When entering an address in Beach Haven, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A tribute addressed to Settlers Cemetry should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Morepork BBQ, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
