A florist in El Rama handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in El Rama. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hostal Familiar "Punta Gorda", first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Oasis, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For delivery details relating to Hostal Familiar "Punta Gorda", its listed address is Bancentro 1 cuadra Oeste; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Horacio Aguilar? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio Nuestra Señora de Fátima, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Escuela Madre Guadalupe Caldera, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Iglesia San Isidro, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Alcaldía Municipal, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Casa Blanca, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
