Same Day Delivery
A florist in Nueva Segovia handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Imagen de la Virgen de Guadalupe are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. La virgen is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Nueva Segovia is 14:00, local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When the destination is in Arado N°1, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check with the ward at Centro de Salud Ocotal before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hospital de Ocotal, and address the order to the hospital itself.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Apamiguel, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Emmanuel Mongalo? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Escuela El Cacao, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal Movimiento Internacional, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Hotel Yorling E&E, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
A flower order for a recipient at Centro De Salud needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before placing a workplace order for Migración - Juzgado, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
For an address in Arado N°2, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at La Cabaña, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Flor de Pino, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
