Same Day Delivery
A florist in New Ireland handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day orders for New Ireland close at 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Where the delivery address includes Kuruk Settlement, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Lissenung Island Resort, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If the recipient is staying at Malina Inn Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Boliu Adventist Secondary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Metevoe Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to New Hanover High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Kavieng Lutheran Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Maiom United Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Matatukuen Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Kavieng Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Address flowers for someone at Cocoa Board of PNG - Kavieng Office with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
When the destination is in Morobe Camp, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
