Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Santa Rosa del Aguaray is 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Nacional Santa Rosa del Aguaray, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Esc Bas. Santa Rosa? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Esc. Bás. N° 948 "Santa Rosa", name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Ultimos Dias, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Salón del Reino de los Testigos de Jehová Santa Rosa del Aguaray, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Tajy 0981 904 421 before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital General San Pedro, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For a table booked at Fogon Mineiro Boi de Oro, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
