For a delivery to a teacher at Szkoła Podstawowa nr 1 im. Mikolaja Kopernika, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Szkoła Podstawowa w Jasieniu is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Państwowa Szkoła Muzyczna w Słupsku - filia w Bytowie, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Kościół filialny pw. Podwyższenia Krzyża Świętego, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Kościół pw. Świętego Andrzeja Boboli are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Kościół pw. świętego Michała Archanioła, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Szlachecki Dwór, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Use the hospital’s full address for Szpital Powiatu Bytowskiego Sp. z o.o., and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
For someone working at Urząd Gminy Koczygłowy, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
An address in Osiedle Niepodległości should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a tribute intended for Cmentarz parafialny w Kozinie, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Przystań Somińska, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
