A florist in Aduguete handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Monumento aos Heróis do Ultramar are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Pombalense, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
A delivery for Escola do Ensino Básico do 1° e 2° Ciclo de Pelariga is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Capela das Almas are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora de Belém, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Capela de Santo Amaro, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Cardal Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For someone working at Junta de Freguesia de Pelariga, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Mr Pizza, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
