Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Alvacoes do Tanha. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as 1.º centenário da estação. are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Centenário D. Bosco is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Order before 18:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Alvacoes do Tanha. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When entering an address in Ilha do Marçal, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a guest at Hotel Régua Douro, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Imperio Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Antiga Escola Primária de Alvações do Corgo, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Antiga Escola Primária de Bujões is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Antiga Escola Primária de Povoação, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Capela de Nosso Senhor dos Aflitos, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Capela de Santo Amaro de Granja, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Capela de São Bartolomeu are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Quinta da Estrada Winery Douro Valley? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Check whether Junta de Freguesia de Nogueira e Ermida accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Olival.
For a table booked at Castas e Pratos, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
