Same Day Delivery
A florist in Carvalhal do Estanho handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For same-day flower delivery in Carvalhal do Estanho, place your order before 18:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Check that Hotel Nossa Senhora da Saúde can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Inatel Palace, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If the service takes place at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Nazaré, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Igreja Paroquial de São Miguel do Mato, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Igreja Velha de São Miguel do Mato are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel Monte Rio, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Telheiro da Alice, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
