Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Casal da Ladeira, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Dom Frei António Francisco Marques are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Padre Joaquim Duarte Pedrosa in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Casal da Ladeira close at 18:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Address details for Casal dos Matos should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a guest at Solar da Charneca, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a service at Igreja Evangélica Assembleia de Deus Plena Paz, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Pransor should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Check whether CanalCentro accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in São Romão.
A delivery timed for a meal at A Tasquinha needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
