Send your flower order for Flandes online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Monumento aos Heróis do Ultramar is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for Flandes close at 18:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Where the delivery address includes Arieiro, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Check with Hotel Pombalense before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a service at Capela da Cumieira, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora de Belém are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Capela de Nossa Senhora do Amparo, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Cardal Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a recipient at Tribunal Distrital de Pombal, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Casalinho, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Mr Pizza, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
