Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Lombo das Faias online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Quinta de São Cristovão in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Lombo das Faias is 18:00. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Where the delivery address includes Cruz da Guarda, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are sending to a guest of Porto Bay Serra Golf, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Sending to Enotel Golf Santa da Serra? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The street address listed for Porto Bay Serra Golf is Sítio dos Casais Próximos; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Arendrup? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Básica Caramanchão, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escola Básica Santo António da Serra, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Capela das Preces, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Igreja do Porto da Cruz, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Santo Antão, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For an address in Gambão, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Casa De Chá do Faial, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
