The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Nossa Senhora da Conceicao e Sao Bartolomeu is 18:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For someone in Peixinhos - Paúl, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Alentejo Marmoris Hotel & SPA, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check with Solar dos Mascarenhas before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a service at Ermida de São Domingos, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Igreja da Esperança, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Lapa are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Pousada de Vila Viçosa, Dom João IV should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Café Restaurante Florbela Espanca, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
