Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Porto de Baixo. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Boats are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Doutor Albino de Sá in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Porto de Baixo is 18:00, local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Where the delivery address includes Barreiro do Além, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Escola Básica do 1º Ciclo de Fradelos? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola EB1 de Agro, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola EB1 de Canelas, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Capela da Graciosa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capela da Graciosa - S. Pedro e St.º António, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Ribeira, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with LAM Hotels before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Address flowers for someone at Junta de Freguesia de Canelas with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
When the destination is in Outeiro do Coval, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Colibri Antuã S/N needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
