Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Praia da Vitória without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as A. Garrett are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Forte de Santa Catarina is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Praia da Vitória, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When entering an address in Juncal, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Ermida dos Remedios, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Branco II, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before sending flowers to EB1/JI de Santa Rita, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Básica Integrada Francisco Ornelas da Câmara, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Básica e Jardim de Infância de Santa Luzia, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Igreja de Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Igreja de São Miguel Arcanjo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Igreja do Imaculado Coração de Maria, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Aparthotel Atlântida Mar Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When ordering for a recipient at Loja da RIAC dos Biscoitos, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If the recipient’s address is in Santa Luzia, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A tribute addressed to British Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Azores Minigolfe, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
