Send flowers to Salicos from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Monumentos aos Combatentes e Campas are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in Algar Seco, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A flower order for someone staying at Monte Santo Resort should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Check with Pestana Palm Gardens before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
A delivery for Escola de trânsito de Lagoa is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Infantário? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Igreja Matriz de Porches are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Capela do Bom Pastor, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Igreja Matriz, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Colina da Lapa, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
An order for a staff member at Loja do Cidadão should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the destination is in Areia das Almas, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a table booked at La Bella Vita, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
