Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Sao Joao Baptista, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Monumento ao Anjo Padroeiro de Portugal are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Pomba da Paz in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Sao Joao Baptista close at 18:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
For a service at Santuário de Nossa Senhora da Paz, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Igreja de Santo António de Mixões da Serra are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hospedaria Adorável Fortuna, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When ordering for a recipient at Junta da União de Freguesias de Vila Chã (São João e Santiago), check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Lobo needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
