Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Venda das Pulgas. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. An address in Almeirinhos de Baixo should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before sending flowers to Centro Escolar da Sapataria, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola de Idosos, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Socorro, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capela do Salvador do Mundo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Ermida de Nossa Senhora do Pópulo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Dolce CampoReal Lisboa? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
When the destination is in Lajes, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Café Coelho, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
