Same Day Delivery
A florist in Vila do Porto handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Columbus is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Fiat G.91 - Portuguese Air Force are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Vila do Porto, use the destination’s 18:00 local cutoff. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
For a guest at Hotel Colombo, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Santa Maria, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Praia de Lobos, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. For an order addressed to Hotel Colombo, the listed location is Cruz Teixeira; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Escola Básica e Jardim de Infância de Vila do Porto is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Escola Básica e Jardim de Infância do Aeroporto, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Básica e Secundária 2,3/S Bento Rodrigues, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Ermida de Nossa Senhora da Conceição, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Ermida de Nossa Senhora dos Anjos are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Igreja do Recolhimento de Santo António, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Câmara Municipal de Vila do Porto should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Espaço em Cena, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
