Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Ilala Municipal, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Askari Monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Clock Tower in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Ilala Municipal is 16:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Ukonga.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Kariakoo Dispensary, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. For a recipient at Magereza hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Four points by Sheraton, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A flower order for someone staying at Holiday Inn should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to Sacklight Nursery school, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at St. Joseph Cathedral High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Holiday Inn Dar Es Salaam City Centre, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
If you are sending flowers to someone at kipunguni B hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
An order addressed to Ministry of Home Affairs should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If flowers are going to Dar es Salaam (Upanga Road) Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
A delivery timed for a meal at Mudi Mabiriani Muhimbili,Upanga needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Flowers for a service at St. Joseph Cathedral are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
