Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Sending to a patient at Nursing college musoma calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. If you are sending flowers to someone at Nyasho Health Centre, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Afrilux, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check with Le Grand hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
When a funeral service is held at Catholic conference centre, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Kanisa katoliki Rwamlimi, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Mashahidi Wa Yehova, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Acacia Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Use the hospital’s full address for Coptic Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
An order addressed to TANROADS should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Anglican Church Hostel, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Sending flowers to someone at Vocational and Educational Training Authority (VETA)? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
A delivery for Nyabisare Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
