Arrange a flower delivery in Karpos online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Hristo Uzunov are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For a recipient whose address is in Aramisko Gnezdo, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Krushino, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Check that House of art can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a delivery to a teacher at Dr Vladimir Polezhinoski-Polezina EMS, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Kuzman Josifoski-Pitu EMS is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to internati, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at St. Antony, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at 4 Halifet are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Myftinia BFI, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Arabella, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
If the recipient works at Public Revenue Office - Kicevo, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the destination is in Kalendarica, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Piceria Lindi, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and wine; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
