For a recipient in Graested, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Genforeningssten in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Kongestenen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Graested is 14:00, local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When entering an address in Breddam, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Nordsjællands Efterskole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Alme Kristne Friskole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Græsted Skole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Esbønderup Kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Græsted Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Mårum Kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the destination is in Esbønderup Gyde, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
