Arrange a flower delivery in Soldeu online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
If you cannot visit a guest at Serras Andorra Luxury Boutique Resort & Spa, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. A flower order for someone staying at Sport Hotel 4* should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Check with Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa 5* before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The street address listed for Serras Andorra Luxury Boutique Resort & Spa is Crta Gral 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Sant Bartomeu de Soldeu, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Sant Joan de Caselles are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Ermita de Sant Jaume, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bruna Restaurant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
