You do not need to be in Kayk to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Bash Aparan Battle Monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Mkher vank are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
For a service at Aparan Basilica, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Saint Narek chapel are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Tukh Manuk Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Qasakhi Amrots, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Qarandzav, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
