Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Pontes e Lacerda. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For someone in Santa Fé, use that locality name within the delivery address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Sanches, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to Hotel São Paulo? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Escola Municipal Alcides Franco da Rocha? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Escola Municipal Antonio Carlos de Brito is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Municipal Neli Nunes Teodoro - Tia Neli, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Igreja Assembleia de Deus, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Igreja Evangelica, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Igreja São Pedro are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Avenida, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When the recipient is at Hospital São Lucas, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
An order for a staff member at Câmara Municipal de Pontes e Lacerda should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For a recipient whose address is in São José, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a table booked at Churrascaria Tuiuiú, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
