You do not need to be in Shumen to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Freedom Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Monument of the kursists is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in Shumen, place your order before 14:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Check with Acktion Deluxe before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Central, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before sending flowers to Professional School of Economics, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at United school of arts? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Tombul Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Acktion, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before sending to a workplace such as Administrative Court - Shumen, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Viennese Garden, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
