Same Day Delivery
A florist in Courtenay handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Courtenay Cenotaph are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Courtenay City Hall Site 1952-1995 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Address details for Aberdeen Heights should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before sending to North Island Hospital - Comox Valley, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Sending to a patient at North Island Hospital - Comox Valley (Emergency) calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. The street address listed for North Island Hospital - Comox Valley is Lerwick Road 101; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a guest at Best Western Westerly Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Bayview Hotel Group, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Coast Courtenay Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The location listed for Best Western Westerly Hotel is Cliffe Avenue 1590; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at 4 R's Education Centre & Little R's Preschool, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Courtenay Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Queneesh Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether ICBC - Claim Centre accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a recipient whose address is in Crown Isle, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Comox Valley Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
A delivery timed for a meal at OPA! of Greece needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Flowers for a service at Christ the King Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
When a funeral service is held at River Heights Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
