A florist in Bayi Qu handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Same-day orders for Bayi Qu close at 14:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When the destination is in Baimagang, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check that Shangbala Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Check with V-Continent Nyingchi before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
When a funeral service is held at Demo Monastery, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Lamaling Monastery are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Taktse Yungdrungling Monastery, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Post Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a patient at Yiyiwu Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
An order addressed to Lunang Town People's Government should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For an address in Bayi, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Chinese Hot Pot Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
