For delivery on the same day in Beiguan Qu, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For an address in Guanghualu, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A flower order for a recipient at Anyang People's Hospital (West) needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Before sending to Anyang Xiehe Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
A delivery for Anyang No.1 Experimental Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at City God Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Gaoge Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Anyang Tianning Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Anyang Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
When the recipient is at Anyang No.2 People's Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Before placing a workplace order for Anyang City Government, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Address details for Shachanglu should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
