Send flowers to Dongguan from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Clock Tower in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Dongguan is 14:00, local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the destination is in Shebei Commiunity, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering for a guest at Aloft Dongguan Songshan Lake, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A flower order for someone staying at Nile International Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If you are sending to a guest of Pullman Dongguan Forum, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The location listed for Aloft Dongguan Songshan Lake is 新竹路 7; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Dongguan Middle School-SSL School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Dongguan Foreign Language School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Dongguan Junior High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Furong Monastery, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Guanyin Pavilion, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Guanyinshan Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at People's Hospital of Dongguan City, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Before sending to a workplace such as Hengli Town People's Government, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
An address in Tianmei should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Ajisen Ramen, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
If you are sending flowers to someone at The Songshan Lake Central Hospital Affilated to Guangdong Medical University, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
