Place a same-day order for Laoshan Qu by the local cutoff of 14:00. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When the destination is in Beizhai, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A flower order for someone staying at Hyatt Regency Qingdao should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If you are sending to a guest of Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check that Atour Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For delivery details relating to Hyatt Regency Qingdao, its listed address is Donghai East Road No. 88; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Shandongtou School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Taiqing Palace, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Minxia Cave, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Shangqing Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Laoshan District Archives should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Address details for Jinjialing should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at AXIANG Rice Noodles, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
