The same-day ordering cutoff in Pingyao Xian is 14:00, local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Sending to Pingyao Yunjincheng Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Before ordering for a guest at HomeInn (Pingyao Old Town), ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If the recipient is staying at Zi Qi Wen Ge Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. When arranging flowers for Pingyao Yunjincheng Hotel, note its listed address, West St. 56; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Pingyao Middle School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at City God Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Confucian Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Qingxu Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at Hangzhou Xiaolongbao needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
