Same Day Delivery
A florist in Shenzhen Shi handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Tai Fu Tai in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Mei Tak Study Hall are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Shenzhen Shi close at 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When entering an address in Luen Wo Hui, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Home Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Sending to Intercity Shenzhen Futian Huanggang? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at Grand Skylight Garden Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The location listed for Home Inn is 深南中路 2081; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Hongling Middle School (Yuanling Campus) is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Tun Yu School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Fuyuan Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Man's Ancestral Hall, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Tung Shan Old Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Jingtian North Community Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
For a recipient at Shenzhen People's Congress, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
An address in On Lok Tsuen Industrial Area should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A tribute addressed to Gallant Garden should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Ajisen Ramen, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Check with the ward at Shenzhen Stomatology Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before sending to TCM Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
