Planning a same-day delivery in Shunyi Qu? The ordering deadline is 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For someone in Guangming, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Homeinns Inn Beijing Capital Airport, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Check with Crowne Plaza International Airport Beijing before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Sending to Ibis Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The listed address for Homeinns Inn Beijing Capital Airport is 天北路 Fuqian 1st; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at International School of Beijing? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Yangzhen No.1 Middle School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Yangzhen Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as 24/72-hour International Transfer (Apply for leaving Airport), check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Konggang.
A delivery timed for a meal at Haidilao Hot Pot needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
