For a recipient in Xiahe Xian, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Sending to Norbu Serwo Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For flowers addressed to a guest at Xiahe Aqiong Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Xiahe Ganjiaxiang Qisuzhi Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Amchok Gompa, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Labrang Monastery, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Baishiya Monastery, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Gannan Diyicun Zhuomazangzhai, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A delivery timed for a meal at Qingjing Dunzhu Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
