The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Xiaodian Qu is 14:00. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Huangling.
If the recipient is staying at Ji Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For a guest at JW Marriott, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at The Affiliated High School of Shanxi University, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Kempinski Hotels, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For an address in Longcheng, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Bigpizza, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
