Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Xiufeng Qu without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Sun Yat-sen in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For an address in Chuanshan, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Universal Guilin, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Atour Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at Holiday Inn Express, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Hotel Universal Guilin is listed at 解放东路 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Fengji Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Guilin Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Guilin Ronghu Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Chongshan Street Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Confucius Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at The First Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Address details for Diecai should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at Momo needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a patient at Guilin Bo'ai Women & Children Hospital Emergency Department, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
