Send flowers to someone in Zhangye without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Statue of Marco Polo in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Zhangye Mosque is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Zhangye is 14:00. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For someone in Huochezhan, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a patient at Zhangye People's Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Sending to Zhangye Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Zhangye Huachen International Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If the service takes place at Reclined Buddah Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Wooden Pagoda Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Xilai Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Tianyu International Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Zhangye Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Civil Affairs Bureau of Ganzhou District, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the destination is in Liangjiadun, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Hand Pulled Noodles, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
