The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Zhoucun Qu. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. If the recipient’s address is in Chengbeilu, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For an address in Dajie, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
