Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Capellania can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
When several people are giving the flowers together at IED TCC Capellanía, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to IED TCC San Juan Bosco, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for IEDp Nacionalizado de Fúquene is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Asamblea de Dios, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Asambleas de Dios, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Iglesia Pentecostal Unida de Colombia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hotel HY? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Centro de Salud de Fúquene needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
If the recipient works at Alcaldía Municipal de Fúquene, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Colfrance, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
