Arrange a flower delivery in El Coley online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Hoja de Tabaco is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Monumento are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in El Coley is 15:00. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When entering an address in Barrio 1, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Check that Hotel Tropical can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If the recipient is staying at Hotel la casa rosada, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
A delivery for Centro Educativo El Rincón is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Colegio Birmania, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio Sonrisitas, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Iglesia Católica, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Evangélica are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Iglesia Evangélica Principio de Paz, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Del Parque Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a recipient at Hospital Los Palmitos, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
An order for a staff member at Comisaría de Familia should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For an address in Barrio 2, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at El Cosmos de Fidel, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
