Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Monterrey. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

To order flowers for same-day delivery in Monterrey, use the destination’s 15:00 local cutoff. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When the destination is in Sector El Triunfo, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Campestre Aguamaco, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a delivery to a teacher at Gimnasio Camp Pablo Neruda, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Institución Educativa Tecnico Diversificado de Monterrey? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for OTRA-SIGLA EL GUAFAL is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at IGLESIA EL DIVINO NIÑO, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia San Nicolás de Tolentino, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Hotel Montserrat can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a patient at Hospital Municipal, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at CAM - Monterrey, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the recipient’s address is in Urbano Nuevo Milenio, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Centro ecoturistico Canaima, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
