Send flowers to Bukovice from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Priessnitzův pomník are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Rondo - pomník padlým v I.sv.válce is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Priessnitz, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Praděd should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
A delivery for Soukromá základní umělecká škola - taneční, s.r.o. is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Střední škola gastronomie a farmářství, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Základní umělecká škola Jeseník, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Evangelický kostel, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Kostel Nanebevzetí Panny Marie, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at kostel sv. Jiří, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Villa Grohmann, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A flower order for a recipient at Nemocnice Agel Jeseník needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
When ordering for a recipient at Obecní úřad, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If the delivery address is Pohřební služba, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bowling Jeseník, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
