Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Polanka. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Pomník osvobození are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Pomník překročení Odry československými tankisty při osvobozování Ostravy in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Polanka, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For a recipient whose address is in Hýlov, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a delivery to a teacher at Gymnázium Ostrava-Zábřeh, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Wichterlovo gymnázium is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Základní škola Komenského, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Kostel Svatého Ducha, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Kostel sv. Anny, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Křížek Františka Knoppa, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Dům mladých hutníků, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Before sending to a workplace such as zámek Klimkovice, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Poruba, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A delivery timed for a meal at India Haus needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
