Same-day orders for Vester Hassing close at 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For an address in Smalby, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Sending flowers to someone at Langholt Skole? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Gandrup Skole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Vester Hassing Skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Horsens Kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Vester Hassing Kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Øster Hassing Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
