You do not need to be in Alangasi to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Alma Santa o Turbante. are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Diablo Huma is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Alangasi. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in La Concepción should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Sending to Complejo Turistico y Ecologico? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. If the recipient is staying at Hostal Margarita, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at Educación Multilingue y Desarrollo del Individuo? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Unidad Educativa Emile Jaques - Dalcroze, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Iglesia Católica Matriz San Pedro de El Tingo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Católica San Gabriel de Los Chillos are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Iglesia Alianza Los Chillos, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Antisana Hostería should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in La Inmaculada Concepción.
A delivery timed for a meal at POLLOS KARIOKING SAN CARLOS needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
