Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Check that El Cano can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Pishku Wasi, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If the recipient is staying at Hostal Guayllabamba, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The address for El Cano is given as Av. Simon Bolivar 626; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Nacional Guayllabamba, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Unidad Educativa Hideyo Noguchi, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Unidad Educativa Homero Viteri Lafronte? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Iglesia Evangélica Apostólica del Nombre de Jesús - Guayllabamba are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Salon del Reino de los Testigos de Jehová, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at El rincón de Manuelita, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
