Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Santa Clara is 16:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to hostal pasion de gavilanes, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to hosteria clarita? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Unidad Educativa Camilo Huatatoca, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Unidad Educativa José Martí? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Unidad Educativa Mons. Antonio Cabri, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Católica Parroquial Santa Clara, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hostal Belen, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
An order for a staff member at gobierno municipal de santa clara should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Comedor Doña Martha, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
