For delivery on the same day in Breiholz, the order needs to be placed before 15:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For a delivery address in Germany, the postcode has five digits and comes before the town name; copy both from the recipient’s address and keep the street and building number with the delivery details.
Before ordering for a guest at Bio Hotel Fauna, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. The street address listed for Bio Hotel Fauna is Meckelmoor 3a; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Kreuzkirche, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. In the German cultural context, a funeral wreath or arrangement may carry a Schleife, a printed ribbon naming the mourner; if you want a ribbon, specify the requested wording when discussing the tribute, including the names of those sending it. For the arrangement itself, chrysanthemums, white lilies and white roses are customary choices for funeral flowers; use the occasion and the family’s preferences to guide the choice of tribute, and check the selected product for the flowers it includes.
In practical terms, a Grabgesteck may be placed on a grave for Totensonntag and, in Catholic states, for Allerheiligen; for a tribute intended for a grave, ask the cemetery about the precise location and its arrangements for accepting flowers.
In Germany, for those marking Valentine's Day (Valentinstag), the date is 14 February, with red roses and mixed bouquets associated with the occasion. Mother's Day (Muttertag) has its place in the calendar on the second Sunday of May, with flowers among the gifts associated with the occasion. The date for Christmas (Weihnachten) is 24 and 25 December, with table arrangements, amaryllis and poinsettias associated with the occasion. For Sunday of the Dead (Totensonntag), the calendar date is the last Sunday before Advent, with flowers used to mark remembrance at graves. Among German customs, red roses can carry a romantic meaning; when choosing flowers for a friend, colleague or host, consider the message you want the gift to convey and use the personal card to make the occasion clear.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bootsmann Cafe Restaurant Lodge, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
